COVID19 PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN HEAD OFFICE
The following measures to be followed at Head office while entering, working & leaving
ENTERING
Face Mask & Hand Gloves is mandatory to wear.
Remove your mask & gloves if you are already worn.
Check your body temperature.
Follow the instruction of Security guard.
Visitors & Site employees not allowed without Permission from HR.
Not allowed to enter if you have any covid19 symptoms.

ELEVATOR
Only two persons permitted.
Use elbow instead of fingers to operate Elevator Buttons.
Do not lean on Elevator Walls.
Use Hand Sanitizers after using Elevators.
Don’t use handrail if not necessary.

WORKING IN OFFICE CABIN
Push the doors with arm instead of hands.
Don’t shake hands and avoid physical contact while greeting.
Always maintain safe social distance- 1.5 meter.
Wipe with disinfectants your working table.
Wash your hands frequently with sanitizers 20secs or soap 40secs.
Try to avoid unnecessary face to face meet, use mail/phone.
Don’t give mobile, paper copies, files to colleague if not necessary.
Try to avoid group discussion/ meeting, use conference call.
Try to avoid roaming/chatting if not necessary.

LEAVING
Clean your glasses, ID card, keys and mobile.
Wash your hands thoroughly to the elbows.
Dispose the gloves & mask to the provided dust bin if required.
Take a shower as soon as you arrive home.
Wash your work clothes separately with hot water.
