  4. Provide engineering consultation in fire protection and prevention field
  5. Issue conformity certificate based on SBC and Civil Defence according to approval drawing from the directorate of civil defense
  6. Make fire protection and prevention plans for government and privet facility
  7. Make study for loos prevention and risk assessment and risk analysis
  8. Make technical reports for fire protection and prevention systems compliance and readiness in facilities according to instruction, rule and regulation of civil defense in addition to SASO or international standards and to hand over.
